What We Do

stack-of-scriptsWe at Mediadyne, know that a solid structural foundation is the key to success. Acquiring what we feel to be the best properties (entertainment projects), and then working intelligently – developing, packaging and placing these properties into the right hands to move them forward for Sale is where huge success awaits.

We certainly have already known this for decades – that by acquiring the best of the Hollywood entertainment properties available, puts us all in a position of colossal dominance. We all know that he who owns the gold also makes the rules. We buy lots of the Gold!

We are already in the process of attaining full ownership and options to the rights of literary property, pertaining to motion pictures, TV, cable properties, video games and book rights and other related or associated entertainment projects.

We have always known that the writer or creator is the solid foundation that welds Hollywood’s structure together. They are the paychecks for us all. No one in this business or the business itself could survive without these creative geniuses – to which everyone involved in Hollywood owes their success to, whether actor, director, producer, studio, etc. Of course it’s a collaborative effort on everyone’s part to make a project successful, but the concept has to be born first.

We have always known this and that is why our main interests remain on the literary properties themselves.

We don’t have to finance the film or television production, so in these instances we don’t have the financial risks involved in completing the project. For it is the public who inevitably decides each projects success ratio and the final fate of each project at the box office or what channel they tune into, video/video game they buy or rent or a books’ popularity. That is where the main risk is. We don’t have to take those risks.

In a nutshell, what we do is like finding an undiscovered Picasso or Van Gogh tucked away in someone’s attic, buying/optioning it at well below market value, and then selling it to the highest bidder at a sort of auction where a bidding war (as we like to call it in Hollywood) takes place. Only we do it with quality entertainment properties.

Entertainment is art as well. Be the wisest, be the quickest, buy the best, be the best, and sell for the most. That’s what we’re all about. We project so much success at this niche that we have already begun to exceed our own expectations.
